Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 2 May 2023
- Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
- No refunds are made for cancellations requested after 2 May 2023.
For your cancellation to be officially and legally taken into account, please send your request to the registration department: insc-europcr@europa-organisation.com
The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
