Reconnect. Rebuild. Reimagine. 
It's more than just a slogan - there's a reason it's this year's theme. It was wonderful to make an in-person return last year, and as we move forward in a brave new world, it's important to understand what the COVID-19 pandemic offered us - opportunities. An opportunity to reconnect after spending so long apart. An opportunity to rebuild, better than before, having learned some valuable lessons over the past few years. And an opportunity to reimagine our field, and our profession.

Our Annual Conference is the perfect place to do this - and where better to network, and experience the great science and learning you've come to expect from HOPA than sunny Phoenix, Arizona?

We're offering plenty of chances to gain CE credits, with 37.25 on offer, with 8 of those being BCOP credits. As we continue to rebuild and reimagine, all of these CE sessions will be available on-demand after the conference via HOPA Learn. With 7 BCOP sessions, 6 Breakout Sessions, 18 General Sessions and One 4.0 CE pre-conference workshop (all about Precision Medicine), there's so much to choose from that we didn't want anyone to miss out.

Travel Grant

HOPA members can apply for one of sixty $600 travel grants from AC23.

Applications are open until Friday, January 20 2023. Applicants must be a HOPA member in good standing. Practitioners, technicians, or trainees (residents, fellows) and students may apply. Applicants applying for a grant as a trainee must currently be completing either residency training (PGY-1 or PGY-2) or fellowship training.

Apply for the travel grant here and upload the following documents into the designated section of the application:

• Current curriculum vitae or resume
• Letter of Support completed by a Preceptor/Residency Director, Pharmacy Director, Department Chair, Dean of School of Pharmacy, or employer that confirms current employment or student status and discusses description of need and the impact of attendance at the HOPA Annual Conference on the applicant and practice site or institution.

Awardees will be selected through a scoring process that includes assessment of need and incorporates merit through abstract submission, involvement in HOPA, and an applicant statement. Each grant will be a reimbursement for $600 to offset the costs of travel, lodging and/or registration-related expenses.

Our Pre-Conference event (Precision Medicine in Oncology on Wednesday March 29th @ 9AM-1PM local time) costs a separate fee of $125 to register for, and can be paid upon initial registration.
